sr corndog Blanton creek is full of roads so beating the crowd is hard If you are bow hunting stay along the creeks where they meet the river If you look around and can find a red oak dropping acrons early it a gold mine another good place is across the road from the cheek station about a 300 acre field with persimmons trees on it.The left hand side of field has a strip of pines about 100 yards thick and then it opens into a hardwood bottom that runs along side that field Right hand side has the pines but the wma line is as soon as you cross the pines. Its hard to hunt this field eary season because of the dove hunts.I will try to find my map of blanton creek an post a few more spots. Hope this helps
