Well, no luck at dukes
this week. I hunted hard for 2.5 days and came home empty. I heard one shot in those 3 days and the hunter got a 178 lb bear. The last time I checked in the check in station, no deer had been harvested. Maybe some were taken Friday afternoon or Saturday. Deer sign was not abundant and the hunters I spoke with had seen no deer. I spoke with a ranger and he told me it was easier to harvest a bear than a deer on the property right now. I know several members here have hunts lined up in the next few weeks up there, good luck.

my advice to you would be stay home and save your money.i have hunted there for years without seeing anything, but if you go good luck
