I'm going to take my nephew with me this year. We will be hunting public land (WMA). I have a pop up blind. Should I take it or just use natural cover once we get on birds? What are your thoughts? BTW he is only 10.

Cross threading is better than two lock washers.
It just depends on how much hunting experience he has. If he understands that being still is very important in the turkey woods I believe I would roll with the natural cover.

and make sure the video games stay at home LOL. Buddy of mine took a young lad out and wouldn't leave his I phone or whatever it was alone. Needless to say they didn't see any turkey's.
