Found some nice t-bones on sale...brought'em home and introduced them to paymasters steak rub and let'em sit a few hours. Cranked up the ole Akorn and put some taters down on top of the coals...when they were finished I let the temp rip and the steaks were ready for their day of glory lol...uummmm good!! Thanks for posting your recipe paymaster...it was definitely a hit at my house
