...slipped and fell in my freezer all nicely wrapped.

Got a 5 lb. brisket I'll be trying when the weather gets better.

How bout sending me the other half :D That a be some fine eating. I had a friend at work years ago that his daddy fed out angus for butcher & I'd get a half from time to time. He & his Dad both now have passed on. Haven't had a half in several years now.

Always bought our beef by the 1/2 in Kansas.
This is the 7th or 8th I've gotten since moving to Georgia.
South Georgia has some good beef. Comparable to any, anywhere.
