Who, requested / implemented the statewide restrictions, I would rather have that than the QDM restrictions in my Counties?
I would rather shoot a yearling buck than a doe sometimes due to shortage of does the last few years.

State wide restrictions were put in place by the legislature after there was a push for it from the public.
County by county restrictions were put in place by regulations after groups from the counties got together and went through a detailed process that included a lot of public input. To be rescinded it has to go through the same process. This wasn't DNR's idea it was the people in that counties idea
