Any body use a pull behind harrow for lawnmower.

I have been thinking of getting a disc harrow for my lawnmower for getting my gardens ready. Any one have experience with them or should I just keep using my tiller and not waste the time with one. I usually plant between 1 and 1.5 acres

Unless you have some very soft soil it will take a bad mower to pull a disc harrow heavy enough to do much good. Have you tried to find someone close by with a tractor?

Just my opinion don't. You will tear up your mower disc your talking about won't do

I don't think that's gonna turn out to good, probably end up with a messed up lawn mower.

Unless you have a "Lawn Tractor" and not simply a ride on mower what others have said is correct. You will destroy your lawn mower.

Since you are planting that much you may want to consider a small tractor with a pto tiller. You can get 1 row cultivators too.
Most can also accommodate a belly mower.
