Pickled Some Eggs Tonight

Big7

The Oracle
Used a combo of my standard brine with out the sugar.

50/50 brine and white vinegar with some thyme and
basil thrown in with plenty of black pepper, pickling seasoning, etc. Should have put some onion in there
but I forgot and the lid is already vacuumed. facepalm:

Just wanted to see if it's better than the standard
old screwl hot pepper and vinegar cure.

I'll let you know in 3-4 weeks.

2 1/2 dozen in there!

Looks good, smells good so.... :D

Awesome. I have gotten to where I use two cans of pickled beets and straight vinager. They disapear in about 3 days after they cure ( ~5 days).

No 'hog walker', but man my dad used to wear them thangs out.

With the eggs, I like to spice them up with some peppers err once in a while and if I do, I leave out the beets. About to head to grocery story and pick up a few dozen...done threw a craving B7!
