Mighty fine!
I have a beef roast in the crock pot and im simmering some greens and pinto beens.

"Useless Billy" Fire Chief.

Roast beef is hard to beat, love it on a sammich with a little horseradish and mayo.
I'd travel for shrimp and grits any day.
It's off the grill, gotta go to town and round up my chillen's so we can eat.

Looks great guys.

I thin sliced some deer steaks, marinated for a few hours. Grilled it and threw it on a bun with some mozzarella. Served like a French dip with au ju.

Wasn't bad

Caught a nice mess of catfish and redhorse suckers at the river friday night. Fried them up nice with some fries and the last of corn on the cob from last summer. I'm about to POP!
