Of the hard cast variety
Smothered Chops.
Seasoned and Seared some thick pork chops from a loin. Then half way sautéed some onions and wild mushrooms in the pan. Stirred in a 26oz can of cream of mushroom soup a bit of water, placed the chops back in and baked it on 350 for an hour. Fork tender and served it over some egg noodles.

The Oracle
Leftover Chicken Flavored Rice and cut in 2 eggs with some butter, sun dried tomatoes, teriyaki and soy sauce.

Much like camp food. Decent and quick but I ain't sure I'd feed it to female company. :bounce:

Used the carcass from the chicken I roasted last night to make some stock. That was the base for some leftover chicken soup with taters and some garden fresh kale. Best chicken soup I do believe I’ve ever had. Served up with some cornbread.
