Smothered Chops.
Seasoned and Seared some thick pork chops from a loin. Then half way sautéed some onions and wild mushrooms in the pan. Stirred in a 26oz can of cream of mushroom soup a bit of water, placed the chops back in and baked it on 350 for an hour. Fork tender and served it over some egg noodles.
