Standing Boy Creek WMA

I recently started hunting standing boy creek wma(columbus, ga) and I haven't seen anything yet. I was wondering if it's worth my time or if anyone has any advice or stories about this wma. Not asking for secret spots, I just wanna know about this place. I checked the harvest log and so far there have been 11 deer taken, including 2 10 points and an 8. Thanks

I remember reading in GON years ago that a booner was killed there before it became a WMA.

Booner is an understatement that deer was a giant, lot of big deer in that area before it was public

I used to hunt it a lot when it first opened, but the deer sightings started going way down and the hunters way up. Haven't been there in a couple years. There are some nice ones if you can find them. Most are probably on or near the private property that surrounds the WMA.
