Headed to Western KY on Monday for 7 Days of bow hunting. Question for those familiar with that area is where to focus on stand location. It’s a diy hunt. We have our choice of 4 different places to hunt. 3 farms with large cut bean and corn fields with some woods along the edges that provide great bedding areas. Or we have a new opportunity to hunt big hardwoods. We are going in blind to the hardwood area as it’s a new property for us. Of course we will hunt the wind but just wondering what the bucks tend to focus on this time of year in that area. Have only hunted it in September in previous years so this is all new to me.
