After spending hours on here looking through threads and posts I decided to combine some recipes... I made a batch of fried sweet corn bread cakes, then I smoked a few pork butts. Put together and it’s quite the tasty combination: crispy cake topped with pulled pork with bbq sauce and some fresh green onions.. might be my new favorite way to eat pork!!
