Steak night

A couple days ago I noticed my local grocery store had NY strips for 5.99/lb. Couldn't resist grabbing these 2 fat hunks of beef. Put some Paymaster magic sauce on em last night and introduced them to some hot coals today. I prefer ribeyes but these strips were pretty dang good.

Strips

I prefer ribeyes but these strips were pretty dang good.

Never under estimate a good strip, they might not have the marble or the price tag of a good rib steak, but when done right they are awesome! Those look pretty excellent there Sir! :bounce:

Bezz like a plan for me.
Look's like a great plate!

NYS is a great cut. Medium rare
is what I like.

Rib-eye is a little more forgiving.

I love them both.
