The girlfriend wanted, in her words, "a fat steak" last night. As we were both worn out from a tough week neither wanted to make a grocery store run. Today was a different story. Picked up a couple ribeyes. Currently working up the energy to start the prep work. Just having some liquid energy boost. Will start shortly. How 'bout y'all? Emu fan filet coated with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chipotle powder, cumin, and coffee, and pan seared. Served over some charred corn, poblano, onion with some adonte taters on the side. A salad too for good measure.
