Hit the Amicalola today. Was snowing like crazy as the day was coming to a close. Was fun cleaning out the guides on my 3 weight every 15 minutes or so. Water temp was around 42 degrees but as soon as the water hit the air it froze pretty quick. Managed a couple of decent size fish...one was pushing 15". Was really cool fishing in the snow. Don't get many opportuniteis for that 'round these parts.

I lived in North Carolina most of my life. Got to hunt in the snow usually once a year. Every once in a while we got a really nice snow before the end of the year. Usually though it would just be an inch or two.

Oh yea. Had to clean them about every 15-20 minutes. Just used my fingers and light pressure. It wasn't like deep freeze just slow buildup. Didn't take much to remove it.
