Warm one this afternoon! In a ground blind looking at a feeder and the back of the dam. First time I have ever set up here. Not to keen on the incline I’m set up on. We’ll give it a whirl tho. Couple nice bucks on camera here. Good Luck Friends!

Me and the boys are back at it in McIntosh. First sit in this Millennium Buck Hut I put up. Overlooking the corner of about a 3 week old clear cut. Not really expecting much except the hogs that show up to the feeder every evening but we'll see. If nothing else, we've got 2 guns and 2 shooters to start to thin out the moochers. The rut is in full swing here so maybe we'll catch a lovestruck buck that gets lost.

I'm up a tree in Talbot. Hardwood draw that runs from our clear cut down into a big hardwood bottom on the neighbor's property. White oaks all in here and the squirrels are cutting acorns. Lot of tracks coming out of here onto the clear cut. Hope they get hungry I need some backstraps.

Up on camp Lejeune with a few pals. Marnies are firing artillery up the road and the tree rats are having a fit in the swamp. This is it for me for the next week. Back in the classroom tomorrow with a bunch of Marines who are about to retire.

I'm going to have to fix mine after season where I tried to make it portable and messed up. I'm too impatient to wait for help so I decided to drag it about 50 yds using my Polaris roof for support. Ended up catching a root with one of the legs and slightly bent two of the front bars and ripped the canvas in a couple places.
I'm also realizing I need to do a better job leveling it.

I remove the shell after the season, remove top frame, put tires and wheels back on , take it home. I may not this year due to hogs on this property. I store the shell in an old bow case.
