Felt the craving for Italian. Seasoned chicken breast, buttered parmesan orzo, and a sauce I threw together with sun dried and fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic, sage, rosemary, chicken stock, capers, and a decent shot of cream at the end along with parmesan.

Fish didn’t cooperate as much as I hoped, but not a bad spot for a turkey and cheese sammich for lunch. Tonight pan seared scallops, spinach-parmesan risotto and a lemon dill sauce.

Over here feeling sorry for you for going through the torture of being stuck on that boat with that substandard view!
