3000 Ac Club Still Hunt Only Good Population of Deer and Turkey. We get the occasional hog and bear on the property as well. Looking for members for the 2023 Hunting season and beyond. Camp site with power and water available. Property is just off 185 in southern St. George, GA. 10 Minutes to Macclenny, Florida. mostly planted pines of varying ages with swamp bottoms littered throughout the property. Club Stands, Food Plots and plenty of land to find your own spots. Some really good bucks around the last several years and deer population is very healthy. Looking for the right member(s) to become part of the future of this lease/ $2000 membership per year and includes year round access to the property and hunting of deer, turkey, hog and bear. 14 members total.
