Would depend on how the first year works out. If all members want to stay and agree with how it’s working out then we can keep it the same, but if people don’t want to renew then we would just bump the price if members are ok with it

I turkey hunted this property when I was a young man in the 80s and was great for turkeys and deer. Haven’t seen it in a long time and sure it’s all planted pines and sure it’s covered up with hogs being on the Chattahoochee river.

That is the COE you are looking at and not Ft Benning. I’m very familiar with that are and hunted that when I was a young man in the 80s.

Im confused why a club would take in an additional 10 members first year… what’s the point of that? If members feel like they only have one year to hunt a place, youd think they wouldn’t care best care of the land and kill as much as they can off it.
