644 acre Missouri Lease Openings

644 acres in Callaway County MO. Heavily wooded with a bean/corn crop rotation and a great road system so all parts of the property can be accessed. The woods were thinned 2 years ago and the tops were dropped. The undergrowth is thick and bedding is good. Year long water sources with Auxvasse creek, several small ponds and several feeder creeks. You can hunt big fields, hidden fields, creek bottoms, ridges and every type of pinch point you can imagine. Full season lease. Gun and bow.

Very, very strong deer population and bucks that continue to get better every year. We’ve hunted this for 4 years and taken 7 bucks total and pass on great bucks every season. It also has an incredible turkey population! Entire farm is gated with multiple access points. Never seen signs of poaching and never any theft. Could happen, but hasn’t so far.

Cabin with kitchen, bath and satellite and a huge equipment shed on farm or hotels are 15 minutes away in Fulton MO which has everything you need.

All stands are open to all members. There’s plenty of room for everyone and there hasn’t been an issue. We have a bunch of stands out and members can hunt them, but we ask that folks pull their weight and put up stands and share where they are.

• 2 buck limit. Does killed as needed. We are looking for mature, 4+ year old, bucks.
• All lock-ons and ladders must have lifelines and harnesses must be used at all times.
• Let all members know where stands are located.
• Do everything possible to hang and hunt stands with a good wind.
• Share trail cam pics.
• If someone gets on a good buck don’t crowd them.
• Clean up after yourself at cabin and in the woods.
• 1 guest allowed after Dec 15. Any buck killed goes against member’s limit.
• Have a good time but no loud all-nighters.

3900 each including cabin, utilities and lawncare. Food plots and/or farmer leaving crops would be extra. Lease is due April 1

We have an expected member opening and just had 2 last minute, unexpected openings. One member had only been up to hunt once in 2 years and it just didn’t make sense for him to stay in. The other 2 are brothers from Jacksonville FL that hunt together and one had some life changes with new house and family etc and they won’t be coming up any longer.

Sounds like a nice place. How often do y'all go up? We're paying more than that to hunt Oklahoma. I'd def be interested in it for next yr for my wife and I. Wed only make a wk trip during rifle season and a wk of turkey if we were lucky.

It depends fully on where else we are hunting for the season. In a normal year Bubba and I are there for last 8-10 days of Oct-1st 3 or 4 days of Oct and then we are back again around the 3rd week of Nov for a couple weeks. Last season all other plans fell thru and we were there for most of season.

I live 4 hours from there and Bubba lives south of Atlanta.

I should have mentioned (cause I've answered it a bunch ) tags are over the counter at around 250 for bow and 250 for gun. You can bow hunt on the gun tag as well.

This is some of the prettiest land you will see. It is super thick with great access. The age class has improved. My brother and I enjoyed the 3 years and loved hunting with JT and Bubba. They have a great mindset to shoot only mature bucks and that is exactly what we were looking for. This will fill up fast.... oh the turkey hunting is insane and i even suck at killing birds but managed haha
