Go to Hodgdon's site and look at their data for 7mm-08 and pick a load. Nobody on here will be able to tell you what will work best for your rifle.

Varget and Staball 6.5 work great for me in 6.5 Creedmoor.

These powders should be a good place to start for 7mm-08.

Go to Nosler's web site and to their reloading page. I've loaded for 4 different 7mm-08's using Hodgdon Varget and Nosler 140 grain BT & AB bullets, probably over 3500 rounds. If your rifle doesn't like something in the range of 42-42.5 grains of Varget with the 140 grain bullets, I would be shocked.....only other advice is buy some good brass - Nosler, Lapua - its uniform and will eliminate a LOT of headaches.
