Amazed,Shocked,Bewildered. Fantastic work. Pure Artistry. I made a SpongeBob cake many yrs ago because I waited to loooong to buy one for my daughter's Birthday. We look at the picture sometimes and laugh our tails off. Let's just say I don't have the talent.

She has worked on up to five cakes in one week, but generally it’s 1-2 and very rarely three. Depends a lot on the complexity of the cakes and delivery distance.
No understudy. I used to do the baking, but she’s mainly a one person show. I do help with deliveries and building of any forms that might be needed.
