I got started thawing out seafood and couldn't stop until the Mrs. insisted I shut it down. Stuffed Flounder with crab meat, sauteed scallops and shrimp, stuffed clams, twice baked tater and asparagus with shallots. Caesar salit and two fingers of Crown to round it all out.
