Backfire 1 MOA Challenge

Long Cut

I genuinely hope this opens more peoples eyes (and egos). The number of bucks I’ve seen with bullet wounds is ridiculous. My one farm has a neighbor wounding or losing at least 1 buck every season. For YEARS.

We owe it to these animals to make clean, ethical kills. Yeah things happen, but that can be mitigated by practicing with your equipment.

Watch the video and see if you’re a “1 MOA Shooter”

This is a typical 100 yd group for me.
It’s the rifle I used the last two seasons.
I don’t waist ammo on 5 shot groups.

Well, I ain't got no fancy targets, range or rifles. But I just stepped out to the back yard table with a 10/22 I know pretty well...

Shot three targets at 50, five rounds each.

Number two was the best one, I thought I was in there, but of course I blew the last shot... :bounce: That's it, up top.

Ain't quite MOA, but I'll take it for a spur of the moment range session, after reading this thread with a cup of coffee...:)

Five shots with my .300 is about $25. No thanks. :) I already know it will do MOA at 100 with the right ammo.

Useles Billy ain’t got nothing on ME !
Another member of the $315 rifle club, checking in, except mine is the 35 Whelen. These are pretty regular results for my pet load. It tickles me that I get good groups like this with necked-up Garand brass and a hand press.

In the 56 years I have been deer hunting the vast majority of deer I have shot were well within 100 yards, most probably within 50 yards.
Yep.
