They're one of my favorite meat to put in the smoker. At 3:00 pm I hung a rack in the Pit Barrel Cooker. At 5:00 pm they were done. Probed tender and were reading 203 on my insta thermometer. I thought I would have to wrap them to get'em that tender. This thing has continously amazed me on how fast it cooks food. Juicy and tender is a must and this thing does it great. Those look delicious. I haven't cooked beef ribs in a long time. I can't find any around here with any meat on them.
