Bennie sesame seed strips in sunflower fields

Looking at supplementing sunflower field with strips of Bennie sesame. Anyone have any experience doing this? Having a hard time finding the seeds anywhere in Georgia. I also had questions about planting- soil- weed management etc. I have topsoil/clay- and located in central Georgia region.

The benne fields I've shot with mixed sunflower were great fields. The benne came in later than the sunflowers which kept birds in the field. Just last week I was over at a friend's and the benne is still standing and pods are full of seeds. Gil

Where did you get your seed? What did you use for weed control ?

I got it from a local feed and seed store.
