Bushnell Warranty Kudos

Had a Bushnell Dropzone 223 3-9x40 that I got on clearance at Academy a few years back. The zoom ring was so hard to turn, took two hands. Finally got around to contacting Bushnell last month and they told me to send it in. Just got a brand new replacement that is the current model. I am quite happy. Glass looks great. Has target turrets, side focus and a fancy zoom throw lever with 2 length shafts (thought this was odd). I think the turn around was about 5 weeks. Now to see which rifle I want to put it on.

Made in Korea by the way.

Same here. Good experience with customer service and they send me same scope as you received.
