Knowing there's not much anyone can say to help, I do know that prayer works and my wife and I will be praying for you to make an amazing and full recovery in record time. I know it's hard right now and it's gonna feel like the road back will never end, but I watched my father-in-law make a recovery from that same surgery in his late 60's and in a year he was almost good as new - and he had a better quality of life until he passed two years ago from Covid. So hang in there. It will get better - we're praying for that for you.

Hope you recover quickly! My mom had a triple in 2011 when she was 78. she recovered quickly, and 11 years later, she's still doing fine heart-wise.

Brian i was 75 when i had triple bypass 6 years ago and at 81 i can walk and do stuff i should not do at my age! Just walk a lot when you get back home and in a short time you should feel much better. Prayers sent BB
