Catch up time

Been a busy few days. Here’s the latest I been throwing down my neck. Healthy stuff to needing a gym afterwards stuff. My favorite was the lamb chops - we grilled slow and low. I have a few more that’ll be ready to hit the slighter block soon but that was my last pack from one that took a dirt nap in October. And, my last pack in inner loins from deer. May be time to put a couple goats down!! The Chile relleno was good!

I did some spring lamb, too. I grilled this boned out leg and sliced it up for gyros.

That looks good!!!! We talked about doing something similar with a leg but grilling steaks out of it.

Gyro……I think we gotta try that, too!
