Chipper takes the lead

Chipper Jones homered twice late in the game last night to take over the all-time lead for homeruns by an Atlanta Brave with 372. His first homer broke a 6-6 tie in the sixth, and on the first pitch of the eighth homered to make it 8-6. It was the first time since July 5, 2000 that he's homered from both sides of the plate in a game.

He needs to stay healthy and all the young guys must produce to have even a shot at the wildcard...but he is clutch and a great hitter.

Everybody knows he is a pansy and a wuss. Dang whiner and crybaby. Braves should have gotten rid of him years ago and we wouldn't have had to settle for all those division championships.
