Swap to oven after smoke. Add dog chicken to smoke and a piece of ham skin. Re-cook green beans, add salt. Hoping for a ham like thingy. Nope, turned into fall apart pork with red inside. Very good, wife ate two plates. Had fun with balloons and dogs.
