it was windy and the water was still a little on the cold side. marked lots of bait and fish. lots of bait popping the surface and lots of gulls in the area. the bite was a little slow but i managed to pick up one 3 or 4 lbs. had another bite on a planer board but did not hook up. the fish are ready to spawn, the fish i caught was dripping with milt. can't wait til that water warms up a little, it will be on then.
