My opinion is you had better go get every single vaccine they offer especially if you are 50 or older. Been getting the flu shot every year for at least the last 10-15 years. Never had a single bad cold or flu since then, where I used to get them when younger days. Having young kids in school probably contributed a lot to that back in the day.

If you had the flu vaccine and you still got the flu, you still had a reduced case. Even if the vaccine isnt an exact match, there is some carryover immunity and a reduction in symptoms. A true case of a flu will make you feel like you're on your deathbed and we'll leave you weak for weeks. People who say they had the flu and are up and running around a couple of days later did not have the flu.

No choice, if I work...Unless I wear a mask. But, wait- that’s mandatory too. Now, I’m torn.
