Florida point for the experts

Found this point this morning in Citrus County, FL up in some Longleaf Pine Wiregrass uplands. It was just laying on top...

I’m pretty sure it is coastal plain chert, but the size has me thinking it is more than likely a real arrow point versus an Atlatl Dart. What do y’all think?

I'll leave it to the FL experts to "type" it, but it appears to be 3.25x a penny size in length (2.25" +/-) and 1.5 penny-wide (1" +), I think it would be on the heavy side to be an arrow point. Great find and photos. Gil

Appreciate guys!

Surprised the heck out of me to find it where I did. I guess it just finally worked it’s way up to the surface after the last bit of rain.
