The clear stuff ain't too bad. The opaque quartzite is awful, though.

I used to knap that stuff a good bit. It's frustrating, but I turned out a nice one now and then.

Nice finds ! Quartz is mostly what I find in the area I’m in now . Grew up on the Ocmulgee and never seen quartz that I remember
