I live in Barnesville and had a young male bulldog wander up the other day. He has a collar without a tag, but it does have a blue water proof cap zip tied to the collar. Whatever the cap goes to is missing. If you have any ideas of anyone missing a dog let me know. email or call 706-741-1574
