I think both look great. Had pork loin chops. 3 marinated Dale's low sodium and 3 I MOJO
Along with hashbrown casserole. Might just do yard bird tomorrow.
I bout' done got as predictable as @NCHillbilly and his burgers.
I eat a LOT more steak since I got my Weber out of storage.
These are 2 of the 4 NY Strips I had my meat man run through the cubing machine for 1 pass only a while back and they been in the freezer. That one pass makes a BIG difference in cooking time and tenderness. Strips ain't exactly the best marbled steaks out there and they cost to much to be no better than a good Top Sirloin.
2 Strips, cheese stuffed and grilled Portobello, tater with butter, black pepper and sour cream.
Pretty good.
