Ribeye ( with pay rub and grilled over charcoal), roasted potatoes and corn nugs last night




And Eggo waffles with TN. Pride sausage gravy for breakfast this morning. Can't remember where I heard of this a couple of weeks back, but it made an impression and I gave it a whirl today. Will certainly do it again. Was better with a light drizzle of maple syrup. Nice balance of crunch, spice and sweet.
