Trying to decide if going to go south or stay up in the mountains for a couple hunts next week. Anyone still hearing much gobbling in the Sparta/Millidgeville area?

They were gobbling pretty good in the early season. Went last week and did not hear a peep.

I made it down about the 3rd week at our club. Normally a prime time and it was dead hardly any tracks or sign. And we have a lot of red mud rds normally covered up. Got on a couple birds up here may just have to hang north. 3 hrs ride is rough but that curiosity pulls at you.
