I need someone that wants to learn how do do facility maintenance, all trades, to be my right hand. Will be 40 hours a week, some weekends and some nights. I'm looking for someone who would like to eventually take over the company. We have been in business for over 10 years. We are a very small family owned company with many maintenance contracts. By maintenance I mean construction related, we do not do janitorial work. This is a hands on job and will require you to get dirty and work hard. Might even have to dig a ditch. The job will require your full time attention, your phone will stay in the truck. You will need reliable transportation, a drivers license and able to pass a thorough background check.
