I have had coverage with these folks for several years now. I can’t say for sure how good they are but the cost is $185 a year and it satisfies the landowner

Davis Garvin Agency PO Box 21627 Columbia, SC 29221 was my go to group, I could handle everything via email and their website. $0.15 per acre and $30 per landowner for additional insured

What great references; I really appreciate and will check them out
I am new to land ownership so will be learning as I go.
Hope to have the state forestry come out and give some suggestions ...land mgmt plan.

I do have a question:
at least one of the insurance companies does not cover liability on trespassers.
So are others concerned about Trespassers injuring themselves and then suing?

Alabama forestry owners was the cheapest place I could find for small acreage. They didn't have a minimum like all the other places. I think it was about $110 for 90 acres. Most all the other places I checked into was like a $250 minimum.
