2 sacks for Wifes Birthday,which was yesterday and was supposed to be one sack.
Butttt, Fed Ex or (Fed Up) failed miserably!
So La Craw overnites another sack for today along with the previous sack that got held up in Memphis for some reason???
Anywho, heres some pics and we get to put up bunch for future.

We figured out in back in GA how to lightly boil and season, no other stuff.
Then air cool, gently stuff in bags and freeze. Then we can pull out some frozen do a boil with all the goodies first, then throw the frozen craw in and soak. Comes out perfect.
Those 2 table shots is 1 sack going up.
We did the other sack with all the goodies when her parents came over later.
And gave the neighbor about 10 lbs. to cook today.
