16 oz. ketchup
3 oz. yellow mustard
1 oz. Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
3/4 cup cider vinegar (DO NOT USE white vinegar)
Red pepper to taste
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
This makes a good dipping sauce, pouring sauce and a good baste for the last 5 minutes of grilling chicken, or ribs; if you use it before the last 5 minutes, you'll have "blackened meat" instead of grilled.
