But it was good!
Pan fried pork chops, potato patties, and green beans. The patties and the green beanies were the stars. Green beans were seasoned with a smoked turkey tail, Tasso and a good douse of Badia season! I could eat my weight in good seasoned Green Beans and there will never be such a thing as leftover tater patties!

Fish milt out of a couple of the small white bass we been catching. Milt is so much better than fish eggs.

Mullet has red roe & white roe. That looks kind of similar to white roe.
