Normally make a brisket and butt...just the family today and we had some leftovers...
So whipped up a little breakfast...
Then some charcuterie...
Then the Hoppin' Johns and greens as always...
And two venison backstraps are in the sous vide and I'll finish them off on the cast iron in an hour or so...
Didn't suck too much today in front of the fire...watching Big Blue beat Bama...let's hope they hold on...
