Went fishing this past weekend and we did good as far as the catfish and bream. Ate catfish nuggets one night with fries. As always it was very edible. Took a road trip to Thomaston to take a air compressor back to Home Depot, while there we swung by Ingles and got some steaks. Put the steaks in a big ziploc and marinade of Dale's, zesty italian dressing and balsamic vinaigrette. Threw said bag in the cooler little bro keeps ice and drinks in and they soaked up the goodness on the way home. Got the akorn good and hot 550-575 degrees and cooked them up as well as some onion and asparagus covered in parmesan cheese. Oh and some jalapenos out of the garden stuffed with cream cheese wrapped in bacon. Plan on doing some ribs and butt tomorrow or Sunday. Yall have a good weekend and Happy Fathers Day dads!!

Next time you come to Thomaston go to Northside Superette for steaks. It's just north of HD on the right. They have good sausage too. They normally have some discounted end cuts of steak, we use them for steak and egg breakfast.
