Smoked pork and chicken…….we had two big days back to back so we prepared a lot of food for two families (mine and hers)
When you raise pork and chicken guess what you get asked to cook?????? July 4th they’ll ask me to cook t-bones and lamb chops!
Chopped up the leftovers ……got a croc-pot full of bbq pork / chicken for tonight heating up……got another bag ready for another hungry day. Bout to make the chickens happy with scraps!!
