Looking for Bartow County Land / No Deer

I live in Bartow County and am on the lookout for a property where I can hunt small game during the season and hog and coyote year round. I do not hunt deer or turkey. I have a middle school aged son that is big into herpetology, and the ability to walk and flip for snakes during the warm months would be appreciated too.
